Caffe Nero

Very nasty service. I was looking to have a coffee and a muffin but I needed to use restroom urgently. I was told to buy first, but I could not wait and I had to seek for some other place to use the restroom. Then I went back to Caffe Nero for my breakfast and this same person was rude but yelling me to remove my credit card…I don’t know if this was a “bad day” for this person but I told her to be kind with people and she replied “do you want to talk to my manager?”, nice food and coffee, nice atmosphere but very rude people.

Cafe Nero reminds me of a Victorian era Cafes where you are surrounded by books and have an incredible intellectual urge to communicate with others and exchange ideas over a nice cup of coffee. Very comfortable and cozy. Coffee is excellent and tastes good. You are paying a bit of a premium compared to a place like Dunkin’ but it’s worth it for the quality and atmosphere.

At 12:30pm On Monday Sept 4, 2023 I ordered for the first time here on my lunch break at work. I got Turkey & bacon with herbed cheese, swiss & provolone, served on focaccia bread and. A classic soft tea bread made with bananas. And tried the blackberry soda and a Refresher (24oz) Strawberry Dragonfruit! The banana bread was still warm very moist not dry tasting and very good! It had a nice balance of sweet and was delicious! The sandwich was the best the focaccia bread was exceptional the herbal cheese with the turkey and bacon was delightful I enjoyed this sandwich very much! The dragonfruit strawberry drink was very refreshing and quickly finished to complete with my meal! Very surprised!

We are from France visiting Boston . It's the first time I try the l'obster with ginger and scallion. 3 pounds just 57 dollars. It's very delious. We also ordered the roasted duck canton style and a vegetable. The boss came to chat with us. The service people were very friendly to us. Offered us dessert. Very nice. We has very time in this restaurant. Surly come back again.
