Ashland Pizza Palace

Came in on a Sunday at lunch time. Was able to get 2 slices of pepperoni pizza that was hot and fresh. Also grabbed a cold 12oz Coke. Staff was working well together and kept the flow going nicely. This is my first time here. The pizza is good, cooked evenly, and had a good flavor profile. Would definitely come back.

ZERO STAR I always shopped at this pizzeria until today, first I was making my order and in the end they said the restaurant was closed (even though it had 1 hour to close), so I tried again and it didn't work again. after 50 mins someone knocked on my door saying it was pizza. I said they had canceled because it was closed, 10 minutes later I got a call from the pizzeria from a super rude guy, yelling at me that it wasn't the first time it had happened, and I was already explaining to him that no and that I hadn't received any orders I didn't even get my email and he told me to shut up and never call them again and hung up on me. I was very disappointed, it's the closest pizza to my house, that's why I bought it. They just lost a client, and you can be sure I'll talk about it to all my neighbors and make sure they don't buy there anymore.
