Bella Bleu's Restaurant

Hidden gem tucked alongside a gorgeous pond right in the middle of Ashland. I highly recommend having dinner at Bella Bleu's. We opted to sit outside because it was a beautiful late spring evening but the dining room was really inviting as well. We started with drinks. The Moscow mule was top notch as was the sangria. Warm freshly baked bread and soft sweet butter appeared shortly afterwards on a wooden cutting board. Utterly delicious. The cheese spread and crackers was not only yummy, but pretty soon the plate. The salads the preceded the main course were crisp and fresh. And there's an impressive selection of house made salad dressing options. The dinner selections included salmon and thick cut pork chops, as well as steaks and several dinner salad options. The salmon absolutely melted in my mouth. The burger was two patties that were over a pound in total. Sure, its $18 but its gigantic AND cooked to delicious perfection. And the fries? Out of this world. That much food meant no room for dessert, so the three cake dessert sampler came back to the hotel with us. The lemon cake, chocolate cake and carrot cake were all to die for. The restaurant also offer giant cookies and cupcakes on the dessert tray. Our server Autumn just added to the experience. She was super professional and really pleasant. Fun lady. We really enjoyed being served by her. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in the area. Bella Bleu's food and service rivals any I've experience anywhere. Run dont walk to this restaurant.

A big thank you to Rita and her staff for making our wedding exactly what we hoped for! The whole experience, from the planning stages with Terrie to the Cassata Cake for dessert, was fantastic.
