Brick Oven Bistro

Great food. We saw the great reviews and were in the mood for pizza and Italian. The 18” pizza is monstrous. Wonderfully crisp crust with the taste you’d expect from a brick oven. Good sauce also. I had a salad, with chicken, as a side and it could have been a whole meal. My son had the lasagna with garlic knots. He loved it. My daughter had a calzone. Massive. Buy one and share it. Great food. Wonderful, friendly service, even on a Friday evening. I’ll be back.

We come to this place about once a year when we visit our favorite Virginia theme parks, it’s one of our favorite places to eat too! The food here is always amazing and this time did not disappoint!! We had a new server and she helped my create my dream chicken parm! We already can’t wait to come back again next year 😍

Just passing through town, but we wanted something more substantial/ better than fast food for dinner on the road and we are so glad we tried this spot! Super easy to order online for pick up, was done really fast, DELICIOUS perfectly cooked, heartily topped pizza and a nice big fresh salad (BBQ chicken pizza/ Greek salad), great value for price paid. I would add a photo but we ate every bit before we thought of it.

We eat here a lot and usually have great food. I wanted to say that before I write this review. Tonight was disappointing. We ordered on line and added some things to the food and not knowing a third party takes the orders they were unable to add it to our bill. When we arrived we asked if the added things were on the food and was told no. That's it, no, but we can add it or anything else, just a no. We had to request it be added. Then when the food came home our dessert was wrong, the lettuce was wilted on the salads. On top of the mistakes, poor customer service, the food was a bit bland to be honest. We will come back because like I said, we like the place and usually the food is good. However, this is not the first time our to go order was wrong we don't find out until we get home. The customer service was a surprise, usually this is where they shine.
