This place is one of Asheville's hidden gem's! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and it was delicious. No frozen patties here and it was cooked to perfection. The onion rings were thin and crispy. Make sure to finish off with the hot fudge cake. You will not be disappointed!

Great food, excellent service. Love coming here for a great burger and wonderful fries. You don't leave hungry. I highly recommend this place for any meal.

If you are in Asheville and want real food, go to Happy Hill. Great food! If you are from the South, this is food you grew up on! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was super friendly. Absolutely do not leave without treating yourself to their Signature Hot Fudge Cake!!!!

I ordered a simple club sandwich to go. It clearly says on the menu that fries are included. I went to pickup my order and they charged me an additional $3.95 for fries so my order cost nearly $16 with tax (no drink). I brought this to the owners attention but he refused to fix it. BEWARE OF OVERCHARGES AT THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY WITH TO GO ORDERS!!

Iconic West Asheville restaurant. The hamburger was delicious! Salads looked good and our entire party enjoyed their meals. Super food and staff, good service, great prices. If you want to avoid getting caught in the tourist trap, come eat with the natives.

Edible but wouldn't recommend to a friend. If you ask for turnips/collards, you'll get Spinach. Country ham platter was good enough. Everything else was out of a can or frozen. Hospital food is very similar.

You, and your family will be" Happy" when you leave the "Hill". Try to visit them during breakfast hours. When I tell you!,Staff has great customer service. The owners and waitcstaff makes you feel right at home!

Asheville classic!!! Have been going to Happy Hill since I was a little girl! Classic diner food! Great and friendly staff! Feels like going home. Don't miss this little gem-take you appetite and enjoy the laid back atmosphere!!!
