The food was amazing! We both got tacos and the queso, and it did not disappoint. We really wanted real tacos, and this place does it! It can fill up and get busy fast, so you gotta grab your seat when you can. The parking is a little tight too. But we will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Taco lunch is our absolute favorite in Asheville. We love Taco Temple! A no frills set up with great tacos, speedy service and a nice covered patio space. Everything we need for lunch!

You know this place is great when a local walks up wearing slippers and a robe. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff is amazing, always super friendly even when the line goes out the door. Customers share tables with strangers, everyone is nice. Park behind UBS for easy in and out.

Taco Temple is a great spot for vegetarian tacos. My wife and I tried all three on the menu and they were all fantastic. The Avocado is the best in our opinion, but not by a wide margin. The Cauliflower and Paneer were also solid. And a solid Margarita for $5 on Mondays. Would be a regular here if I lived in the area.

Taco Temple is one of the most consistent restaurants in the area. The service is always top notch and the food is always hot and delicious. Try their daily specials like my favorites, hot tamales, pork belly tacos or fried chicken tacos. Or just try one of their regular menu items. You can eat inside or outside, or you can order online and pick it up through their convenient drive thru window. Deserves 6 stars!

OMG! Americana tacos with white meat chicken were bomb diggity! Comes with chips and salsa. Wonderful house margarita! Recommend to others and as Arnold says "I'll be back!"

Got 5 different tacos, favorites were the Baja and Panela. Salsas were so flavorful, wish the pineapple poblano salsa had more heat - barely mild. Very fresh and this is a must-go place in Asheville. Homemade corn tortillas were excellent! Vegetables were very good - would buy again.

Have loved Taco Temple since it opened and it's always a treat to visit now that I don't live in Asheville anymore. With so many taco joints these days, it's a challenge to find the real thing and this is it. Handmade corn tortillas are the best! A lot of love goes into making this food and you can tell. Customer service is always friendly and fast. I love the layout of the space the fact that you can see the food being made and the repurposing of this old gas station.
