My wife and I dined at Posana last night for our first time. We did not have a reservation so we were happy to sit at the bar. Nikki and Mitchell were so attentive and kind. They helped us choose the right wine and had great recommendations on food options. The pork belly appetizer and the Joyce Farms chicken entree were something special. Highly recommend a dessert cocktail! Our meal and experience was amazing and we will definitely be back for another date night. Cheers!

Posana was a dream come true. First the host (autumn and Sadie)were so fabulous and amazing. I dined in at the bar and the service was phenomenal. It was my birthday and I received some sparkly bubbles and an adorable card for me. The food was fantastic and Nikki the bartender was amazing. I will be coming back in the very near future. Thank you all for doing a great job

A lovely anniversary dinner. Cheddar biscuits and kale salad to start were on point. So good and just the right size. The sweet potato gnocchi with black trumpet farms mushrooms was quite tasty, and my husband really enjoyed his creole grilled salmon dish. We were welcomed kindly for our celebration and even brought complimentary champagne and a few tastings at the beginning and end of our meal.

Amazing dinner as we have always had. Last house was three years ago and it still continues to impress. The hush puppies, cheese biscuits and potato gnocchi are just wonderful. My scallops were perfect. They added the steak sides which also were great too. Wife had trout almandine which was great as well. But the desserts were heavenly! Banana pudding, earl grey tres leches and lemon cheesecake were to die for. Will always come back when in town.

Had dinner at the bar. Got off to a bad start with the bartender so the service was a little off but that was fine and he did make me one of the best mocktails I've had. The pork belly was off the charts amazing. The salmon took a couple bites to fall in love with but fall in love I did. Probably the most unique salmon dish I ever had. Once I got past the surprise I realized how talented the chef is and how amazing it truly was.

Our first time at Posana was fantastic. It's the perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion. The atmosphere was vibrant and chic and the food was delicious. Definitely try the pork chop, orange wine, and earl grey tres leches. Our server - shout-out to Daphne - was attentive and lovely. We would definitely come back the next time we're in town!

Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the way certain foods were cooked, and where they were locally grown and bought. The cocktails were unique and extremely refreshing and tasty. Our meal was top of the line and the presentation was very appealing. We will find our way back, when we are in town again. So worth it!!

Love this Asheville staple, we eat here every time we come here. We had a fish dish, and the NY strip, the steak was over cooked but was still very good with the mushrooms and potatoes. The cocktails were delicious as always, I got the zero degrees which I would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a nice good quality dinner this is perfect!
