This 7 11 is near the building I work in so i have frequented it over the years because of its convenience and proximity to the metro. The service here, by far, is the worst, there is never more than one employee working and half the time they are not behind the counter or are doing other tasks. I don't blame the employee for being chronically short staffed, but don't come here if you're looking to grab something quickly. This morning a new employee was checking in a delivery and ignored me standing at the counter for 2 minutes until another customer loudly asked what we were waiting for, to which the employee said nothing and just waved her hand vaguely. I left my items on the counter and left as I did not want to be late to work because this employee wouldn't take my money. If you are in a car, theres no reason to try and fight for parking here, there are literally 2 other 7 11s a block in either direction on Washington and Wilson that have their own parking lots and are usually staffed with several employees.

Employees working wearing his mask under the nose and when asked to fix it said don’t worry about it so walked out without arguing because didn’t wanted to confront. Look for pictures I published it.
