The man working there forced me to buy cookies. I get that they’re probably encouraged to push them, but I said no thanks at least five times. He picked them out and scanned them for me, without my consent. It wasn’t that much money, but it was very rude and disrespectful. I made it very clear I didn’t want them yet he made me get them. Very disappointed. They’re usually better

There is no social distancing enforced at all. And absolutely no attention to the VA mask rules. People go in and out of this store with no mask or consideration to distancing. I’ve had to call 7/11 corporate twice and they haven’t addressed this. I’ll call the health department and the BBB next:

This location has terrible customer service. The employees always seem like it is a hassle to have to work at all. Very little professionalism.

I was looking ice cube gum and at the same time I need to use a bathroom as customer, but the guy who works for store his name is Abdul said no bathroom. He made me peace doff! Poor customer service and care!
