I was disappointed when I purchased the red velvet cookie, and it was rock hard. When I came back and brought it to their attention, I was told that the cookies were in the case for 2 days. It was nothing offered to make up for it being brought to their attention.

It’s a last resort to be fair. So far, four out of five cashiers do not know how to scan the wallet bar code for payment. The hot dog buns are moldy sometimes. They’re always out of hot dog condiments such as relish, onions, sauerkraut, and jalapeños. The manager never honors the 3/$3 deals. It’s always a mess.

I wish I can give him no stars! I come to this 7-11 at least every single day. The owner is very rude. I wanted to get 2 slices of pizza, as the cashier wanted to make the slices for me, the owner came out and denied it . Told us I had to buy the WHOLE pizza. Which I wasn’t hungry for a whole pizza. He said if I didn’t like that I don’t have to come back. Very unacceptable, me as a manager I would never talk to a customer like that especially that’s spending money. Last night me and a couple of friends went to the store. He told us we are banned because we come in the store too much. Which isn’t right. As s customer we have a right to come in the store. That’s our neighborhood store. I feel he is racist or prejudice. He stereotypes a lot and always thinks people want to steal from him. Can something be done about this. This is very unfair

Not gonna lie, half the bad reviews here about poor customer treatment is probably because they deserved it. I lived here for 4 years and come everyday for food and have seen a lot happen in this store. I’ve seen and met the store owner and he’s a fair and good man. He only treats people poorly/ban them if they disrespect or steal from his store and that’s completely fair. (I’ve seen this first hand a couple of times myself). The employees here are a little quirky but I think that’s because English isn’t their first langauage but they try very hard and work hard too. I love this service and store. I do recommend this 7-Eleven. Those negative comments here are probably people that were banned/stole or did something stupid haha.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! They place their empty guidelines over customer service and it shows. Thanks to the management, or rather miss management of this establishment I was kicked out and yelled at by both the manager on duty and the person working across the front desk yelling at me to takeoff my helmet. I come in almost every day to buy an iced tea and I tried to do the same today, Except the difference was that I was threatened with being banned from the store for life just because I wouldn’t takeoff a helmet I have because I’m riding a skateboard. Now my helmet of obscures my face because it’s freezing outside and it’s a full face helmet, it takes like 3 minutes to take off and put on because of the face masks etc. Why instantly yell at someone as if they’re a threat when the person across the counter knows who I am been coming here for like 4 years! They know my skateboard. Anyways, I see why this location has such terrible reviews. Other people are also coming across this rude treatment and I’ll make sure to avoid this place in the future, ill just go down the street to the next one who won’t treat me like im a criminal. Either way, the manager stalks you as you walk looking for who want to buy and is always making you feel very uncomfortable as if I was going to steal something. This guy lives in such fear that it permeates through anyone who shops there. Terrible energy. I mean really? There is a police station and jail right up the street one block away does he really think I would choose to rob this location? Hilarious!!! Oh man people with superiority complex I tells ya! Either way don’t shop at this vindictive mans store, he’ll take out whatever is bothering him on you.

The store owner is RUDE and PETTY! The condiment station is dirty with old relish and onions and the buns for the hot dogs are Never fresh. The employees are terrible except for one young man who is the only hard worker! The coffee is never freshly brewed. Good thing there's multiple 7 eleven's in the area with better service!
