The worst. My steak and cheese was prepared with the cheese on the bread and the meat heated up separately. I though the cheese was supposed to be MELTED onto the meat?? When I commented on how my sandwich was being made, I was ignored. Then, when I said something to the cashier, she was rushing me and rude. I had to tell her to slow down and listen to me. Either way, I won't be back.

My first time going to this location and I found a long piece of hair in my chopped salad that’s gross and disgusting. What’s worse is the salad is chopped no telling how much was grind up in it. Appetite totally ruined I will never go back to this location. 1/3/20

I won't be eating here again. I watched a older lady worker. Fix a sandwich. Use the same glove from fixing a previous customer sandwich. And proceeded to fix mine. I politely asked her to change her gloves. She said no because she had just fixed one sandwich. I don't agree with the cross contamination with different items.then touching food. There should be better training. For each customer they should use new gloves. Whoever the manager is you are going to lose a lot of money behind this lady not properly dealing with food.

Just disgusting. So much for a quick bite to eat for lunch. You guys have flies crawling everywhere from the veggies and fruits to even on the floor just chillin. I thought one fly was waiting in line?? Please be more clean ….
Yeah sure the waiting area is neat? But I’m suppose to get tomatoes on my sandwich that flies have probably sat on?
I’ll just walk to Costco

I️m not really sure why Tina is the store manager, I️ read that she was “not friendly asian” person in a previous comment. And that’s absolutely correct. I️ was the only one in line and she tried doing everything so quickly. There were less than 10 flakes of shredded mozzarella cheese on my sandwich and a small pinch of lettuce on half of my sandwich. I️m not sure what’s going on, if she’s trying to save the company money by drastically cutting the amount of ingredients in the sandwich, but that’s really helping me decide that next time I’ll just go to Jimmy john’s a couple of stores down. Hopefully my comment helps someone deciding whether or not to go to subway..

Extremely rude owner's wife runs the cash register. Also just seems like they want your money...lacks customer service....does not smile...just throws sandwich down.
Try to use your coupons and she looks so mad and tries to play the dumb look.
She gave my sandwich to another customer last time and did not appolize to me. Rude. Poor Hispanic ladies that have to deal with her.

I have been to many different Subway locations in my day, but this particular one is my favorite because there's something different about it. I think that it's the customer service here. The people behind the counter are incredibly friendly and courteous, and they make you feel welcome to be there. I think that the owner is one of the people behind the counter, and I believe that makes all of the difference in the world.

I haven't had any issues with customer service, but all the food is very small portions compared to other subways. When I get a steak and egg and cheese they give me just a thimble amount of steak
