They are soooo slow! Always, since I moved here in winter of 2021. Specially they big tall black guy that has red glasses and sometimes a hat. He’s just dancing and not rushing. Today March 20, 2022 I waiting over 35 minutes for my mobile coffee. Not even a sorry! It’s an average of 7 dollars per coffee. I’d expect more from a Starbucks even Dunkin Donuts are better.

I don’t mind paying Starbucks prices in exchange for the usually consistent good service. I ordered ahead, waited till 5 minutes after the estimated time my order was expected to be ready, then finally asked if they saw my order in the queue. They said they were out of something (but hadn’t even started the other item). It took another 10 minutes and a conversation with the manager before we had both drinks. I hate leaving bad reviews because I understand that things happen, that staffing is hard right now, etc. But I counted 6 employees working behind the counter and watched them clear a line of people as I waited. It wasn’t up to Starbucks’ standards.

Today I went to the store to get coffee I had $30 order and the black lady with Dreads was extremely rude didn’t take my order she was standing there and asking ppl to pick up trash and product what kind of Service do you provide I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to just get my order taken and took forever to get my order and guess what the whole order was wrong didn’t refund me didn’t make me the right order and that lady treated me so bad I was Discriminated I spend everyday $15 at this location but I had it enough with the rude behavior from your employees never coming back to any Starbucks ever again

I went at 0800 and ordered. I paid. Never received my drink . 0830 they still wasn't tracking. I went to the line and it was a discussion. There should not have been. Make my drink... I left after it was clear I was getting nowhere. Waste of time and my money.

Judging by the several negative comments I can see why things happened the way it did. My father had a mobile order for 2 coffees and a sandwich. When he went to go pick it up not only did barista not believe that 1 of his 3 items was missing she didn't even bother to look at the receipt, replace it or refund it. When I returned to ask why this didn't happen she gaslighted me in making me seem irrational for being concerned how this is the SECOND time a dark skin Asian person got treated differently from the rest... This Starbucks needs some serious diversity training because its clear that they serve their customer service based on who they seem worthy. Clearly, the increased media attention surrounding the company and mistreatment of black and brown folks has not made enough impact for them to us to treat us fairly.

I came in today to pick up an online order. I went to go pick up my order and a woman comes screaming at me to not enter this area. Meanwhile there is no indication that we cannot go and pick up our food. In every single Starbucks I’ve gone to you pick up your sandwich and leave it’s pretty common for online orders. This experience was embarrassing and left a very bad taste in my mouth, it’s not acceptable to treat paying customers like that. Ever!

This Starbucks is super busy especially before 9 AM. Mobile app is a must. It can be frustrating that they can't leave the orders out to prevent others from taking wrong orders or orders that aren't theirs. However, it'd be convenient if they put them by the pickup station where you get your orders when ordering at the location. The cashier gives you your mobile order but sometimes they're tied up. I have a long commute and want to be in and out. I get their strawberry Acaí refresher with lemonade (don't know what it tastes like with water) they're amazing except when they bombard your cup with ice & you paid $4 bucks for half a cup. Other than that, they're friendly and helpful.
