Extremely unprofessional and rude. Never order from here. They forgot about my order multiple, separate times and aren’t apologetic. Employee talked over me when I tried to explain that I’ve had multiple issues with orders on multiple occasions. He told me he did not “want to argue,” that I ordered from a “random website” then cancelled my order after telling me “you know where to find me.” I called back to make sure I wasn’t charged and he hung up on me again after telling me they’re the busiest place in Arlington. I hope they go out of business!

Did not deliver my pizza called 4 times was put on hold asked if my pizza was still being delivered no one answered my call.

The place was average, at best. The food was cold, the breadsticks were hard, and the sandwich with extra meat was the weakest sub I've ever had, anywhere! Skip this place; there are too many great options in the area to spend your hard-earned money for awful food.

I ordered a pizza through the Vocelli website and it never came, talked with the manager after 2 hours and they would do nothing about it. They billed my credit card and they refused to do anything about the charge and refused to refund my money - I finally had to contest the charge with Visa. I told them I would never use or recommend them - they didn't care.

This place is good, I've had Vocelli's before from a different location but I don't think I had a good impression of it, because I was very surprised how good the pizza from this location was. We got the Philly cheese steak pizza and another spicy veggie pizza and they were both very flavorful and the cheese had a great consistency. Definitely still a chain level quality pizza but it's on the better end of the spectrum. Would recommend!

I went into Vocelli to get a simple drink. The man who approached me came to me the counter asking if I was picking up. I replied no and stated I only wanted a drink. I went to go reach for my card & he replied that it was a minimum of $10. I’ve been here multiple times over the past year to get the same drink, and have never had an issue. The man said he was “the owner” & he makes the rules. Well “Owner” if that is true and you make the rules, make a clear sign. No one rarely has cash a anymore. Your business will fail eventually.

Let me start by saying if you haven’t had a bite at the Vocelli Pizza of Arlington, you are missing a lot. There are two things that make a food joint experience memorable - Customer Service and the Food.
The service was exceptional - it started as soon as I placed an order over the phone. The gentlemen who took the order was very courteous and gave me run down of all the options I can have. They truly stand by the phrase “Order anyway on the slice”. I am a picky eater but they accommodated my request.
Hands down the best pizza I had in the Arlington area. I also ordered the oven roasted chicken wings...oh Boy, all I can say is that they have mastered the art of making the Chicken wings.
When I received the food delivery, it was truly curbside and I received 6 pieces of cookies complimentary, I guess they really know how to make a deal sweeter.
Highly recommended!!!
