Come out to Courthaus for a great happy hour and stay for a meal! One of my friends is the new manager of this restaurant and while it seemed to always be packed on Friday nights, there are plans to expand the current space and focus the menu; so definitely keep an eye on this growing business. My husband and I came out for happy hour and dinner and we were not disappointed. The place was pretty busy as usual, but we were able to get a seat at the bar. The beer menu is diverse enough to meet most palate preferences. I prefer porters and stouts; so that is what we tried. They serve local craft brews in addition to national level brands. They also have a full bar to please any cocktail lovers. We ordered the social nachos to start and then a French dip and spicy chicken sandwich for our meal. All the food was delicious and portions were large enough that you are definitely not leaving there hungry. The staff are really personable and we had a great conversation while sampling Chacho, a jalapeno flavored aguardiente...also a product of a local distiller in DC. We'll definitely be back...can't wait to see what the future indoor and outdoor expansion brings. Thanks for great evening! :-)

My friends and I went here for Wednesday night trivia and it was a nice overall experience. Food - delicious and good prices. My friends and I shared the big pretzel that was tasty. The only issue was the chicken tenders were a bit batter heavy according to my friend. Service- it was okay. The server was also the bartender so it wasn’t that attentive, but she eventually got around to our table. They didn’t bust our table until we left so that was also a challenge. Vibe - beer garden, sports and good lighting. Overall, I’ll go back. I would recommend you check this place yourself!

I really enjoyed Courthaus Social. I went with a few friends. The tap list is good and the food was solid (love the tater tots). What made me give it 5 stars was the staff (friendly) and the atmosphere (chill and not too loud). A great place for beers.

Stopped in before an event in DC on a Football Sunday. Prompt and friendly service with tremendous menu offerings. Schnitzel and tots were delicious and came out unbelievably fast. Will definitely be back soon.

Great patio, especially when it snows! I'd like to see a few more beers rotate in and out. They have the volume to be able to get some hammers in there! Exactly like the Founders CBS on nitro I had.

This was the best salmon I’ve EVER eaten. And that really says something because I eat salmon on a regular basis. The broccolini and mashed potatoes were really great, too. I usually don’t eat an entire plate at restaurants (I get full easily) but I finished this entire plate on my own.

Only giving 3 stars because they had a great selection of draft beers and good space to watch games.
I would completely avoid the food here. The fried chicken sandwich and Haus burger (big Mac) we're both soaking wet on the bottom. The burger actually was dripping. The breading on the fried chicken sandwich just fell off because it was so wet.
The waffle fries were tiny pieces of waffle fries (see the picture) like they tore them into tiny bits. Stick to drinks at this place.

Only reason why I’m leaning a 3 star review is because their drinks were good and the venue was laidback with TVs everywhere. A great list of beers, cocktails, etc. However I wouldn’t go back for the food. We ordered Buffalo chicken dip and it was watery.
