Great Wraps

This isna great place to eat in such a crowded mall. The delivery is fast precisly because you are not allowed to customize your wrap. If you are really hungry, and in a hurry, ask for the chipotle wrap. It is delicious and healthy too. It is not spicy (but I am Mexican, so don't take my word for it). The water is free (thank you, so much).

This was an amazing dining opportunity. My family was in a rush and we were still able to enjoy a meal together. My sister, although receiving accedental tomatoes in her wrap, very much enjoyed the quick service and delicious food. My two daughters were able to get a healthy meal that they were actually willing to eat. I enjoyed Great Wraps very much and would highly recommend it. It’s a glowing star in the Pentagon Mall. Although the Reagan Great Wraps was a disgrace to this country and the Great Wraps name, this Great Wraps makes up for it. Thank you Great Wraps!

Terrible customer service, rude sale girl, sample girl was rude and obnoxious, no manager on duty, no manager present to answer their phone. I put in a complaint with the mall management, pentagon city. I was disrespected by their sample girl, after I was trying to enquire on the product she was sampling, she was dismissive, obnoxious and rude. She is blond hair of hispanic decent with a strong hispanic accent and speak terrible english. This happen on saturday october 1st 2016 around 12:30. I won't be bying your product if your staff is rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend other people do, there are plenty of choices at pentagon city mall to buy from. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF!!!
