Ann Arbor has got another poke restaurant, which I welcome because Hawaii is my second home and I love poke. I was extremely hungry today, and my review may be affected by that. I had salmon, spicy tuna, and those toppings in the picture. It was my first time eating here so I picked the traditional sauce. I loved their poke bowl. I wish I had more rice because I ended up just eating fish at the end. But this also means that they put lots of fish in the bowl. I put cilantro for a change and realized cilantro goes really nice with poke. You should try that way, too. Overall, I highly recommend Wild Poke.

Have you ever had Poke? I hadn't, and I'm very glad I tried this place. They were super helpful describing the process of ordering (base, protein and toppings) and the result was amazingly delicious. It's like sushi - with rainbows. And unlike sushi, it's reasonably priced for the ample quantity of food you get. I'm hooked. You should try it too!

For being in the Midwest this is good poke. The prices are extremely reasonable and you can create your own poke bowl. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Worth a stop.

Wild poke promised a lot, based on the corner location, tall glass windows and facade, and clean looking interiors. But the food didn't stand up to the image. We went there one late afternoon, way past lunchtime and the place was deserted. The first table that we picked was not very clean. The second one was. The decor felt sort of sterile. Very low, cold temperature inside added to that feeling. The California rolls were very acceptable, the California bowl was married by too much tangy sourness :-(. Four stars because of the benefit of doubt that I want to give it because we were there at a very odd time. Otherwise, I'd give it a three.

So I love Poke...but this place was only ok. The sushi looked low-grade at best and I was a little nervous to try it. I got the beef instead. It was good, but nothing amazing. Adding greens made a nice texture with warm rice. If you want to avoid raw meat this place is cool. A bit more pricy than it should be, which sucks. I will probably go elsewhere from now on. And as a side note, there is absolutely no nearby parking, which was frustrating. Not even roadside parking.

I am so happy that this place opened in Ann Arbor. I loved the place and it will be even better when they get their liquor license. I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture of my bowl before digging in. i loved the topics that they have. some favorites were the spicy radishes and the seeweed salad. I will definitely be coming back next time I have a poke craving.

I liked it. It gets pricy if you're not careful. There is a definite learning curve as far as what to do. The staff seemed burned out or something, so we felt awkward not knowing the process and having to drag it out of them. Everything seemed fresh, and that is key when consuming raw food. It was clean and well lit. The place was completely empty when we visited, aside from a few anime girls on their laptops. Empty restaurants are a bit unnerving. Hope it does good enough business because I'd like to go back.
