Driver did not notify me of my delivery. Chucked my order to the ground and left. I work at an alternative high school so I'm lucky none of the students didn't take it! Manager stated the app tells you it's there, no sir it still says it's out for delivery.... its been over 40 minutes since it was dropped off.... poor service all around will definitely not use this location again. Also, you can not change your tip after delivery which I find a bit ridiculous.

Customer service at the Packard Street store in Ann Arbor on U of M campus. H was unacceptable. I questioned the change in pricing for something that I order regularly and I guess they got upset. Because the first time my card didn't go through he asked me to re give him them numbers so I spoke a bit louder & clearer & he said I was being rude go figure I give them a lot of business. I work in a school they know this because they deliver to the building all the time. I explained that I'm in my classroom with kids but he still insisted that I was being g rude. I even have a witness that wanted to know what was the reps problem. Told her I don't know he claims I'm being rude and I clearly wasn't. I will no longer be giving my business to them.

This used to be a 4 star, but service recently has been terrible. Deliveries usually take 45 mins, my order is wrong often, and they don’t even call me when they drop off my food, it just sits outside. This location doesn’t even sell chips or drinks through the app anymore, honestly just sad. Today was my last visit for quite a while

This place comes out with sandwiches and meal in a quick and effective manner. It always surprises more the dedication that the late night crew and morning crew has to complete and deliver the order. The time that this place is okay also perfectly matches with my grave yard shift making it perfect for missing lunch situation and when I need some else!
