Iorio's Gelateria

I first discovered my passion for Gelato in Germany and ice cream has never been the same since. I have tried to find Gelato in Michigan and this is the only place that is as close to authentic as it gets in the Midwest. The only thing missing was some sorbet flavors as well, when I went there were only chocolates and coffees nothing fruity so I am looking forward to going again and maybe getting blood orange or lemon if they have some. Great job to the gelato maker! You are my idol!

So much gelato in an order! A little pricey, but I think it's justified give the amount and the diversity of flavors offered. I got blood orange with lemon for my own twist on their strawberry lemonade mix they were advertising at the time. Good alternative to ice cream for my lactose intolerant friends and for people who don't like super sweet treats. The worker was also very sweet and you could tell she wanted to give us quality purchases (my friend got a smoothie or some blended drink and I saw the worker adjust the ratio ingredients and re-blend it twice for a better consistency). They also offer coffee, but I didn't try those when I went.

Yes Yes yes!! What a Delicious and Refreshing place to go to. The Staff is So Nice and Greet you Promptly. The Gelato is Yummy and there are so many choices! Good thing they offer you as many samples as you want. They actually encourage it so you can try new flavors. You never know what you may like. And the Atmosphere is just really nice. The inside is very clean too!! The Gelato I got to go stayed cold for a half an hour drive.

Delicious gelato, plus friendly, helpful service! 24 flavors to choose from, freshly made down the street. They let us have unlimited tastes, and then allowed my daughter and me to each choose 6 flavors to squeeze into our cups! For an option-loving, indecisive ice cream lovers like us, it was great all around!
