Delicious variety of desserts. My favorite was the banana pudding. Really warm center with an outstanding flavour. I would say my second favorite was the creme brulee. Nice amount of sugar at the top and rich vanilla flavour.

My husband and I came here after dinner for something sweet and this place did not disappoint! I had the candy bar pie and he had the German chocolate cake - both were delicious. Beautiful presentation. The service was good and the atmosphere was cozy and romantic. I would definitely recommend coming here for a sweet treat!

The desert was great! I ordered a chocolate decadence. I like to make fancy deserts at home and it was awesome to see different mousses and a ganache come together with a fudgey brownie. The textures were varied from fluffy to dense - and I loved it! I wish there was a more substantial fruit pairing (I think they used to serve this desert with a blackberry sorbet, but now it is just a berry coulis) because the flavors mixed so well. The atmosphere and the seating are also part of the experience. I came early and had my choice of couch, which had a nice view of the fireplace. The only thing that took away from the atmosphere was the manager was talking down to the wait staff right beside me for some time during my visit.

From a dessert review only. This is a consistent upscale location to enjoy wine, coffee, and/or a decadent dessert. Comfy oversized chairs envelop you as reflect on your date and meal at a neighboring restaurant. They always go out of their way to make our anniversary unique and memorable.

Great desserts, great drinks. Open later for the night owls. The staff is very attentive and kind. There is also a great cigar lounge in the basement. The wife always gets the Spanish coffee. Try the bananas foster, its unbelievable. There are always weekly rotating different cookie flavors that are unbelievable.

This is a great looking place, and the abiance is very well manicured. The Spanish coffee was a great treat, and the table side fire prep is always a show. However, the food quality doesn't meet the price. While the dishes look spectacular, they aren't particularly tasty. Take for example the chocolate overload cake. The chocolate coating isn't tempered correctly, so it's squishy, not crisp. The sorbet and middle layer were very tasty, but the top and bottom layers were not. The bottom later was very dense, and hard to eat. The creme brulee was actually burned on the top. Not a nice uniform carmelized later, but rather a splotchy thin layer with lots of burnt spots. The other chocolate cake was just bland- though the ice cream on the side was great. We thought our server was very nice, though we're disappointed when we realized our 5 year old had been given an adult soup spoon, and had a really hard time eating until we realized the mistake. The servers response was, well we just use whatever we have lying around. The cigar smell while eating dessert wasn't nice, as we were seated just above the cigar lounge stairs. Not that I have a problem with cigars, but it really doesn't pair well with dessert. We had come in specifically for a sweet family treat on our anniversary. At around 50$ for dessert, we had anticipated a better experience.

This place is basically a cigar bar and it smells as such; if you can't stand the smell, you shouldn't come here. I actually hate the smell of cigars, but I come back here once in a while because I love this hidden gem. I love its decor, atmosphere, and quietness. Sometimes, our party is the only customers; then it's nice and quiet and I can avoid the smell. My favorite is Spanish coffee. I am not a big fan of coffee liquor, but I keep ordering it because I love their fire performance (photo). You should try it at least once.
