Top shelf quality, tons of flavors, fast service, indoor and outside seating. However NO bathroom which makes it too difficult to take the kiddies or great grandma.

Love the diverse flavors: uber coconut, watermelon swirl, nutty coconut, sugar free pineapple coconut and other exciting flavors that most midwestern stores don't carry except a million of chocolate and chocolate concoctions!!!!🥴

Hadn't been in awhile. Still have my same favorite flavor Mint Chocolate Chip. Yum! Will be going back more often now.

Amazing ice cream options, diverse flavor choices, and a wealth of options for customizing what you want. Staff is mostly young and could be friendlier at times and the facility is pretty old and worn-down (building could use an update), but overall an enjoyable ice cream experience.

The ice cream is so delicious and tasty. The ladies behind the counter are kind and friendly. The only thing that disappointed me was that they put the chairs on the tables at 9 while they close at 10. I had to stand and eat my ice cream.

The staff in here are friendly and always get your order to you in a timely fashion. Always clean, always a mellow and relaxing lobby. May be a little pricey if you're looking to save money.

For a place that is part of a franchise, I not sure why they choose not to participate in any of the promotions that take place. Most of the time the employees are not aware of the promotions that are going on.
It's just convenient because it is on my way to work. I have no trouble with anything else.

Employees here are rude. Was not impressed by the cleanliness of this hole in the wall. Go to Washtenaw dairy right down the road. Support your local business.
