If I could rate this zero I would. Went here at 10:00 pm only to find out they were completely close, even though online said open till 11:00pm. This place needs to be replaced with something new that is willing to accept late night orders .

Daughter wanted taco bell after dance claas.
Googled the hours of the restaurant confirmed they closed at 11 PM. I then drove 10 minutes to grab a late dinner just to find out thst they were closed, closing, closed early? I didn't know. I also looked at the hours of operation on the drive thru window which also indicated that they close at 11PM. Since none of the employees would acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker, window or the front door, I just drove away. Very disappointing for the family...

Is it a rule that the more tacos you order the less filling is inside? I just ordered 16 tacos to bring home to the family and these are THE SADDEST tacos I have ever seen…the soft shell tacos look more like a spring roll! Not even a tablespoon worth of filling inside! Prices go up and quality goes down.

It’s Taco Bell… so I know I’m probably asking for a lot when it comes to basic service. After telling the young lady at the window that my order is not correct. They still got it wrong. No one ever answers so I can’t even get a credit for my incorrect order.

Cheese roll up from Yorkville Taco Bell. Never open. Closes before 9pm. Charges for sour cream and never gives it to you. Forgets some of your order. And these people want $15/hr?!

Orders never right. Taco shells soggy before you get home in 10 minutes. Everything falls out from the bottom. Management fakes phone line connection problems. Expect KFC to do the same.

This Taco Bell is a joke. I got here at 10:56 pm, they answered at the drive through, but then acted like they couldn’t hear me.
I then downloaded the Google app so I could rate them, took these images, and posted this review. They sure look open, don’t they?
This review is not only based on tonight, but multiple experiences with this particular Taco Bell.

Showed up to go through the drive-through at 10:02 PM all the hours of operation on all the doors say 11 PM is when they close pulled up to order food in person over intercom says sorry sir we closed at 10 so I asked Tim then why does the door say 11 PM he then continues to say it says 10 bye. What kind of Taco Bell do we have in Yorkville you might as well close the doors employees are rude and service is ridiculously horrible
