Pizza Hut

7 employees at location at time of visit. GM Jacob sitting at a table playing on his phone. “NOT doing dine-in.” This is the third attempt in the last year; they refuse to open the lobby. If you have to make my pizza anyway, what’s the difference if you have to bring me a bottle of pop and clean up a few crumbs? Absolutely ridiculous and RUDE. Unprofessional and LAZY. For the third time in a row they have missed at least 2 things from my order. My last order was over $70 and they missed 24 piece of boneless wings. When I called them back over 20 times that day and the next they wouldn’t answer me . I finally called today again and spoke to the manager and she rudely said I could’ve called them back!!!! Like seriously, then she decided to hang up on me. I called to cancel the order I had placed that day and she said I was harassing her store. I just didn’t want to risk them spitting on my food since she had already hung up on me mad. I’m sorry she is a bad manager and doesn’t know how to handle a simple situation! They will most likely miss something on your order! I wish I could give 0 stars. No wonder this place has so many 0 stars.

I ordered pizza at 4pm to be delivered at 530pm for an event. I was not notified the pizzas even left the store until 549pm, 19 minuets after it was supposed to already be delivered. The driver did not arrive until 6:22pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I did call the store to let them know and neither the person who answered the phone nor the manager in duty Jason seemed sorry for the extreme delay. The manager did finally offer a $20 credit for my order but only after I had to ask for it.

The pizza was stale and hard as cardboard, came cold. It was supposed to be half cheese half pep, they made it full pep and they removed the pepperoni afterwards remembering one side was supposed to be cheeses leaving empty holes of just bread and sauce. Cheese sticks were also not fresh and hard as cardboard. They’re probably using canceled orders sitting on hot plates and sending them out.

So sad that they no longer allow anyone to sit and enjoy a good pizza like they use to... place is a mess and needs some major work... I don't eat out much but when I do I like to actually sit down at the location and enjoy my food which many other pizza places are starting to do again but not here...

I have to hand it down to this pizza hut. Wait time was only a little slower then usual but the fact that they are low on workers especially on a friday afternoon and still try to put out quality food is what really makes this pizza hut great to me, most places don’t put in as much effort. I walked in and the workers were all hard working from what i can see from the front of the restaurant. Clearly only a little people but i still got great customer service and my food well made. will be coming back here again.
