I love their food. For the American palate, their salsa is the best. Not very spicy, but flavorful. I think they were short handed last time we were there. Took a long time to get our food, but they came around with shots of tequila for those who wanted one while we waited and there was a general atmosphere of familiar folk enjoying each other's company.

Everything is clean and orderly. Prices are great and the choices available are numerous. Everything was awesome that we ordered. Margaritas are amazing! I recommend this establishment to everyone who wants an out of this world Mexican meal stop in and say ole!

I love all the Pepe's locations, but this one is special for me. There is a definite family feel to the place, and the food is fantastic. The staff is friendly & attentive, and always goes the extra distance to make their customers feel at home.
If you're in the Yorkville area and wanting good Mexican food, you should definitely consider stopping in at Pepe's!

Entering the restaurant we were the 2nd couple there, no one came out so we sat ourselves took another 5 minutes before the manager came out, $23.00 for steak fajitas (wheres the beef,!?!?) Last month it was $17.99.very disappointed. Not going back back.
