Broadwater Costa has to be my favourite cafe here, it's such a welcoming and safe place here ^_^ the staff are so friendly and i try my best not to visit everyday lol!

I regularly frequent Costa in Broadwater and feel I have to give a 5* review. Some reviewers are quick to give a negative review but not so quick to give a positive review.
The staff including the Manager are super friendly, always offer great customer service with friendly smiles all round, even when they appear rushed off their feet at peak hours or understaffed. The atmosphere is always pleasant and my coffee is always served hot and to my liking each time.
I hope the lovely staff including the Manager at Costa Broadwater get the recognition for their hard work and great customer service.
I recommend Costa Broadwater, especially if you want a friendly hot cup of coffee.

Always visit the broadwater branch as it’s always a lovely experience. The staff are always welcoming and engaging. Some of the best customer service you well ever receive! I was served by the store manager who even though looked very busy, took the time to ensure she gave excellent customer service herself. Very impressed and will definitely continue to visit in the future. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Very quiet which was lovely. Unfortunately tables were dirty, not cleared or wiped over which made it look dirty and not smart. Staff were friendly.
