Lovely cosy traditional pub, great range of beers at good prices, I haven't eaten here but looked through the menu and seen the food being served and looks lovely, what more can you ask for.

Lovely little old town pub. Nice n cosy. Food was really good ,portions were great. Service with a smile too. All 4 of us enjoyed our Xmas catch up here.

Very heartwarming Homely. Traditional British food and Ale. Unchanged for decades. All original features. Reupholstered furniture keeps the authentic look of the pub.

Dog unfriendly - No Dogs sign on the front door and pointed out by the bar maid. Bit ironic given the name of this pub - should be called The Hare & No Hounds. Looks like a nice pub otherwise.
