We usually love stopping by cracker barrel when we are road tripping. The kids of a star was because I had to go up and ask for a kiss menu and then when we got it, they were out of crayons. I understand that these things happen, but a disappointed child is a disappointed child.
My only fundamental complaint is a lack of options for vegetarians. My wife needs to eat too.
Otherwise, options are usually generous, and the food is tasty. The location is convenient if you are traveling on the highway.

The service at this location is OUTSTANDING! I thought I placed a catering order today and realized when I arrived that I did not submit the order. The staff was so nice about it and made my order again very fast! Then, I purchased a bag of coffee, and left it at the counter. The staff member ran it out to my car and caught me before I left. Thanks so much for great service!!!!

Food was excellent, waitress was very kind. Cook did not make one of the sides for me so I never received it, waitress was very polite and removed the item from my bill. Overall very cozy and tasty food, a really good bang for your buck.

Cracker Barrel is like a comfort food paradise! The chicken there is a crispy dream - seriously, it's the town's best. And their pancakes with that amazing syrup? A match made in foodie heaven!
But what really seals the deal is the service. Sidney totally rocked it with patience and helpfulness. They made the whole experience even better! I'd give Cracker Barrel a solid 5-star rating without blinking.

This is the first time I have been disappointed in a meal at Cracker Barrel. The meatloaf was not very hot and not very meaty. Should have sent it back, but we were in a hurry, fried apples were great, and my new favorite.

Stopped here as there was an accident on 81 with a 2 hour back up. The place was very busy and the server we had was new so had to ask a few times for items. Food was great! The store and staff in the store was fantastic 😍 definitely helped time pass by.

We had a wonderful time here. Our server Renee was exceptional! She had to leave due to an unexpected emergency but was so sweet and kind enough to let us know. Great staff, the food was tasty and atmosphere was friendly.

Everything was great. Service was fast and professional. Food was properly prepared and plenty of it. We were on our way home from vacation and needed to stop to get something to eat and stretch our legs. I would definitely recommend this location and will be stopping there on our next vacation through the area.
