I was at the drive through and a starbucks sign hit my car and put a 2 inch mark in my drivers side door. I tried to call the corporate line to set something up to fix it and they finally told me to bring it to a shop and get a quote. I then explained how I do my own car work and can do it myself if they paid me for the supplies and time (which is less than any shop would charge). They have completely ignored me since then and over a year later, the mark is still there. Do better guys. Not cool

Ordered a drink 30 minutes before closing and me and my boyfriend were waiting for our drink. The server was super rude and told us to stop hovering and that we were stressing her out. The service was lack luster and slow. They took their time and talked while making the drink. Overall the experience was bad. Wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks purely because staff.

Closed 45 minutes early and ignored customers outside while employees loitered inside. Make sure to go at least 1.5 hours before closing time because they won't serve you.

Asked for a hot drink... first they made it cold and had attitude when i asked for it hot then didnt make what i asked for. When i informed them they made it wrong the response was snide and rude. Sad. All i wanted was a venti quad shot mocha with white chocolate and raspberry made with breve. Sadly no mocha.

Coffee is consistently good and made to order. This location was understaffed in early 4/2021, but the staff are earnest, hardworking, and friendlier than I've encountered there in the past. Mobile orders are generally ready at or before the predicted time and 99% of the time my order is correct.
