Dunkin'

coffee here is always fresh. my go-to is a sunrise coffee, and usually when i get one it comes out as a gross odd brown water. but here, it’s amazing. so fresh. literally tastes like the coffee ice cream from trader joe’s (my fave). didn’t even want to put it down to write this review. they also have good ice.

Whoever manages this place should be fired. The person at the window is the rudest person I've ever experienced and made me wait 20 min at the speaker. There was never anything said at the speaker so I drove around and politely asked if I could just order at the window. He then took five minutes to tell me how busy they are when there was no one else in line. He refused to take my order but because of the set up there, I couldn't go back around. This place is awful.

I mistakenly at 345am placed an order through my app to which I thought was going to the Dunkin on the northbound side. I was able to call over there and get someone on the phone who maybe didn’t have her “own”’cup of coffee yet, I explained to her the situation, she said ok hold on, after about 30 seconds of listening to her yelling in a different language, I was waiting for her to come back on the line so I could properly apologize, my mistake, but she picked up the phone and said i don’t even know and hung up on me. I will change the rating as long as I get my money refunded back to my card. 🤨

I am so pleased with the Dunkin’ Donuts of GSP North in Colonia. They are so consistent and they have the best service. I am never disappointed. Staff is really really nice. Jay, Nirjal (Both are manager) & Staff has always smile on their face when they see me and they all are very sweet, kind and courteous. My order is always perfect. Jay is the reason that I will only go to Dunkin Donuts on Parkway North. They are amazing !!! :)
