Horrible experience! Ordered 12 soft taco's... What I got was not tacos but this? Nothing had any meat on it either. It was pathetic.
Update: This place truly sucks! Tried again inside and still insanity and horrible service. Go to a different one...

I was trying to post a video of my taco but I guess Google is not gonna let me. I was really debating whether or not to give this Taco Bell a one or two star. I’m only giving it a two star because in the past, it was really good there. I don’t know what happen when things start opening back up food quality and how everything is made just went downhill. All they serve is trash now! The meat be mega greasy! Tacos be mad skinny and they put a little bit of meat, little bit of lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese and that’s it. I’m mad that now I have to drive 2 miles down the road to the brand new Taco Bell in Linden just to get food made right. Train your employees better!

Constantly missing items from my order. I try to count my items and sometimes catch the missing item but most of the time they pack those bags to the brim so you can even take everything out to check without making a mess.
Food is good but i almost feel like they do it on purpose now.

Always busy at night.....i think they need to increase the manpower at night.....go to any outlet at night and one has to wait for 30 minutes before he can order or eat

We ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 minutes to get our food on the drive thru. And that’s what our Mexican pizza looked like 🤦🏻♀️

Closing shift people are amazing!!!! I came at 12am and not only were they really nice but they got my order right. There was a huge line and I know they were probably tired but they didn’t mess up any part of my order. This is the best experience I’ve had at this location.

Customer service at the Woodbridge location is horrible. The workers were more focused on the drive thru customers instead of the ones in the restaurant. A few of the workers would look over at us & just continue to make the drive thru orders & completely ignored us. I waited almost 10 minutes & the line of people behind me was getting long. Another customer & I finally yelled for someone to help us & waited another 5-10 minutes for our food. You need to fire the workers & manager or retrain them. I will never go back to that restaurant again.

Horrible service. Did drive through yesterday and the girl who took the order never gave a receipt and had to go in to get one. Had to wait for like 20 minutes to get a receipt. No manager in this place. No clue what they are doing. Was told to wait for couple of minutes? Got a RECEIPT in 20 minutes.
