Papa Johns Pizza

I called for a pizza and it was about 15 minutes till closing. They put an indian kid who was so slow and then he starting acting like he couldn’t hear anything and kept repeating my address spelling and my name and just obviously stalling. As soon as the clock hits 1:00 he asks for card number and didn’t even ask to repeat it to confirm. He runs it and then says your card didn’t go through and I said can you repeat it but he just says “oh oh oh the problem is the store is now closed” .The other employees laughing in the background and not even trying to cover it up.. I can’t believe papa johns even hires people like this. But what do I know, I just wanted something to eat but instead had to listen to grown ups acting like children., thanks papa johns..

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, came an hour late when the store was closed. Got the order, and it was the wrong pizza. Contacted the driver who was right outside, said he couldn’t do anything and drove off. Called the store multiple times until a rude man answered and argued with me about how I ordered the wrong thing. Tell me how a ham and pineapple pizza can be confused with a chicken, barbecue, onion pizza? Couldn’t even eat it.

Order two pies on 07/03/2022 At 1150 and I waited to 108 am. It said the food had been delivered the driver kept my food crazy. This is not the first this poppa always does we decide to order at night and give them a chance but they always mess up. I call for 30 mins straights and the manager just kept putting me on hold so if you want to donate money to papa johns and not get your food, then this best papa johns location for that because they don’t care so yeah.

I can’t speak on the other reviews in regards to how accurate they are or what the issue were specifically that’s causing the other all rating to be so low but I’m my personal (and very recent) experience, I’ve had nothing but the best possible outcome every time I’ve ordered. Whether it be delivered or take out, they’ve always gotten everything right, down to topping, baking time and even making sure the sauce cups I bought were in the boxes. Same goes with delivery, and the wait time on that has always be speedy and prompt. Again, not sure if the bad reviews are recent or more then a year old, but I can say with absolute confident I’ve had a great experience with Papa John’s at this location and highly recommended them, 5 stars ⭐️🍕

I ordered and paid for a pizza with extra jalapeno and pineapple. It came with only the regular quantity on it. When I called, the Manager "John" said I had received what I had ordered; if I was not happy, I could bring it back and pick up a fresh one. NO. It was NOT what I had ordered and paid for. This CHEAP attitude of the "Manager" is enough for me to never trust this company again. I have uploaded a photo to show what PAPA JOHN's means by "EXTRA". How much quantity should I deduct to make it "regular"?

I ordered at approximately 5: 20pm and it was out for delivery very quickly. However the delivery took almost 30min. Longer than it took to prepare the food. We watched the tracker and it said 3min away then 8 then 11... well 30 min later the food arrived COLD not even a hint of warmth left. The garlic knots looked like they were dropped because all the sauce was stuck to the bottom of the box and the knots were burnt. Horrible expirence and I will never order from that location again.

I have to start off first by saying, why this place doesn’t have atleast 5 stars is beyond me. I order from this papa johns atleast 3 times a week. Their buffalo chicken wings are outstanding, their pizza is always hot and fresh, and their desserts are always delicious and fresh. This papa johns has the most friendliest staff ever, I never had a single problem here. I absolutely love that I live 6 mins from here! Will definitely continue to order here!
