Thomas Edison Rest Stop

No showers for truckers but parking was okay because I was bobtailed. Very clean restrooms compared to others I've visited. The saying: Go with your first instinct, is super true! I should have listened and waited in Starbucks long line :( Although the service was great, I was very disappointed with the taste for the prices at Pret. I purchased 2 large lattes $11.09, 1 egg and cheese breakfast sandwich $5.20 and a cold pressed fruit & veggie drink $8.35. Chick-Fil-A on the other hand was as expected. Great service, great taste. The only let down was they didn't have cheese sauce or fruit. But I was still satisfied :)

Due to pandemic few other service area are closed, this location is in operation and looks different and beautiful. New design and new shops with bigger capacity restrooms for the drivers and their passengers. Chick-fill A, Starbucks, Burger King and some other I don’t remember. While I visited this place was super busy with long queue in front of most of the stores as well as the restrooms. Parking lot was full! People were looking for a empty spot to park their car. Probably due to the closure of other service area this location is so crowded with customers. However, good to see so many people are having good time here on the way to their destination.

This place was very busy. The restrooms were clean enough. They had 2 basic restaurant choices between Burger King and Chicfilet. Chicfilet was closed so we grabbed Burger King. I grabbed a coffee on my way out the door from a place that was similar to Starbucks. I recommend stopping here if you need a break.
