7-eleven

I recently stopped at the 7 Eleven location at 13990 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191, and I experienced terrible customer service behavior by one of the employees. On Monday, June 27th 2022, between the 7:00 AM-8:00 AM timeframe, a female employee profiled me and basically suspected me of stealing some chips just because I was supposedly taking forever and I had a couple plastic bags in hand. However, the reason why I was taking so long is because I was looking for a particular flavor that I wanted but I couldn’t find it so I just kept looking which kept me there a bit longer. However, because of that she thought I was fixing to steal. Which is unacceptable. If security is such a concern at certain locations, which I understand, there should be security and cameras all over the place. However, profiling and suspecting everyone of stealing things just because they might take a little more time or they might appear a certain way is totally unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Please tell me how to report and file a complaint.

This has nothing to do with the 7-11. I am sure it’s a fine place. TO ALL OUT THERE, MOSTLY WOMEN. BEWARE OF HOMELESS!!!! I watched a female driver in the turn lane to go north bound on rt1 have her car hit by a homeless man trying to get her attention to get money. He used his hands on her car and I am sure she was scared to death. I am off this week and I am going to go back just to watch and record these animals who want to beg for money instead of getting a job. This was a tall white male, middle 30’s very dirty clothes, beard and curly hair. WATCH OUT FOR HIM AND A BLACK MALE WHO WAS ACCOMPANYING HIM.
