Domino's Pizza

The absolute worse customer experience I have ever had. They provided me with a burnt pizza, why any one would think the customer would want this burnt dried out pizza is beyond me. On the app they claim they spend time conducting a “quality check”, the person responsible for that and still allowed this item to be served to a customer ought to be suspended. Then the store had the audacity to offer me a credit on my next purchase as compensation, as if I would ever order from them again…not likely. On top of that the representative on the phone was curt and a bit rude. My Order detail is #549 and this is the 2886 Dale blvd Store. Every one on duty at that store needs training. I guarantee I will never order from this store again and will discourage anyone I now from doing the same.

I ordered a Brooklyn pacific veggie pizza. When we arrived home to eat the pizza was cut on squares, when I tried to take a piece was almost impossible, the pizza was extremely thin, almost clear and stick to the box. I cannot understand how they sold something like that. I called the store and they never pick up the phone.

The pizza was okay, but: 1) This was supposed to be a 16" Brooklyn style. So I had ordered Domino's thin crust many times before, but none of them have never been nearly as thin as this was, like paper thin! 2) My order had EXTRA chicken, and normal pineapples. Does the amount of chicken look anything like twice the pineapples, or any extent more than the pineapples at all?!

Spoke to corporate about the store. I made an online order for delivery, the food never showed up after an hour so I called the store to see what was up. They told me there were one driver so I picked it up myself. I arrive at the store and I asked if they could make another pizza for me since they couldn’t refund the delivery fee. They acted like they didn’t want to do that. I waited so long and the pizza there I was picking up was already cold. I took the pizzas home with me and I see that there are two missing items in my bag. At this point I was already ticked off about this so I go back to the store demanding if they could make another batch of the food, but it was already 11:55. I asked them if I could just get store credit and they gave it to me but I didn’t think that was enough for the service I received so I got the order refunded by the cook because the manager was hiding in the back. One of the drivers were laughing at me for complaining. The female general manager was super rude and couldn’t even show her face to me after I was telling her how frustrated I was the first time I showed up. The manager needs to be fired at this store after reading all of the reviews at this location and that some serious coaching at this store is in dire need. I’m so upset with the service presented to me and I recommend no one should go order from this store!

Unprofessional and not reliable at all!!!!! do not order from this domino's! Called for delivery to a hotel nearby. Was given a delivery time of 20-30 mins. At the 1 HOUR mark, I called the store with my conformation number and was told they only had one delivery driver and my order wasn't even made yet, because they were waiting on the driver to come back so ot would be fresh. I told them to cancel the order and the customer service representative should not have given the time frame she gave if that wasn't the case. I'm just glad I didn't pay in advance with my Credit card. Do not order from this store!

Extremely frustrated with this Domino's for the way they handled our order. We placed an online order and after one hour we checked the tracker and it said the pizza was still being prepped. So I called and they said we are backed up and your order might take 2 hours! So why didn't you call and tell me that my order was going to take 2hours for one pizza! Ridiculous!

If I can give it a no star I would… Manager hung up the phone on me because I was upset my pizza took 2:45 minutes to arrive… when it arrived it was cold and stiff looking. Manager working the night shift on 5/8/2020 Order time 7:37pm delivery 9:50pm … service is terrible and manager always has an attitude over the phone with customers
