Self service Drink Station is open, and kiosks make ordering accurately easy. There are no plugs open to charge your phone. I ordered on the mobile app and the service was very fast. The music is 70s and 80s. Staff is courteous. Constant beeping from the kitchen, even though the lobby was empty. The display to check if your order is ready was turned off.

I just have to get used to utilize their kiosks. Service was good, food was as expected. No complains. Was surprised not to see cars in the drive thru. Clean bathrooms, not very busy at lunch (Tuesday) Just had the cravings for a big Mac and you can find it, at this time, at the deals page in the kiosks. You'll pay 3 instead of 4.99. That's a good deal!!!

McDonald’s isn’t known for stellar service but this one is the worst in the area by far. No matter what time of day I go, the line is packed and not moving. By the time you’re supposed to get your food, you’re told to wait longer. I actually had to pull aside and wait for a cone. No food, just a cone. I didn’t get any napkins either so it dripped onto my clothes 😭 never going here again

This restaurant is not fit for anyone. IT'S DIRTY & GROSS 🤢🤢🤢🤢 food and paper on the floor in the front of the restaurant. The bathroom is Gross 🤢🤢🤢 . WANTED TO GIVE NO STARS.NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS PLACE.THUMBS DOWN 👎👎👎👎. SHAME ON THEM for not helping keep this PLACE CLEAN. RUN BY RUDE TEENAGERS.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T THINK THEY KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. I am disabled senior and could do better than them!!!!!!

"How can I take your order?" I'll take 2 McDoubles. "We're only serving numbers 1-6" Never in my life have I gone to a McDonald's where they only serve numbers 1-6 at night time. No McDoubles even though they have all the ingredients, nothing off the low budget menu. When I asked for a 4 piece nugget I got an attitude. Ok so you'll sell me a 4 piece but you won't serve me a basic cheeseburger? Unreal.

This morning I said hello in drive thru like always same response none ..horrible customer service yesterday pulled me and every car ahead of me to the pull up spots why is this even allowed I guess to keep the drive thru time good night time is a nightmare 15 or 30 min wait while you hear them playing inside please do better someone need to really investigate these issues

This McDonald's in West Palm Beach is very good with good service. But the last time I was there it was infested with vagrants going in and out of the restaurant. They use the restroom, sit down-one used the drink machine for what looked like water. They are not paying customers, and maybe some of the employees feel sorry for them. But I think this is creating a potential dangerous situation. There should be some type of security there. These individuals look like they're homeless and they stand along the street and beg for money. Something should be done to prevent this type of loitering.

The worst staff ever. Two "ladies" don't care at all what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. Be careful if you order by drive-thru. I provided a promo code and she didn't considered it on my order and none of two ladies were responsible for their mistake, instead of that they were so rude!!! I won't go again!!!! Thanks for nothing!
