Ordered 1/28/2022 2:08 am If I can give this place negative stars I would. I asked for baconzilla and a fully loaded fry and received this burger with uncooked buns and white slices of cheese that were barely melted and no bacon AND it was cold! Fries were just small fries. I have never had an experience this bad anywhere. These people will get there karma. Checkers just lost another customer..disgusting waste of $15. Don’t worry I left a complaint with the website. I don’t trust the “owners” either.

I ordered the fry lovers that came half empty. See the photo and a 4pc mozzarella “stixs” that came with 3 sticks and a half piece that had a chicken nugget thing I think it was attached. Employees don’t say nothing accept stick their hand through the window to get your card. Food is now usually cold and service is slow.

Food was cold old and nevermind the automated voice which is freaky I ordered a vanilla cone in a cup a 2 for $4 deal checker burger and a chilli hot dog,that said the vanilla soft ice cream was not as it has been in the past looked yellowish and when I questioned it the cashier said thats how it comes out of the machine so since its dimm lighting I said okay but it certainly looked like yogurt cream so I get home and dip into mt chilli dog I bote into it and something strange looking has appeared gray chilli dog on the outside and about a 1/8" in it was fine which tells me old decrepit dog okay so I throw it out an go to my checker burger cold same situation gey outside a lil decent look in side never the less if I get sick law suit only cause your food is gonna hurt someone to the point of death never again and the creapy automation of a real person creepy

I met this wonderful young lady in the service drive, and I will say that when you usually go to a fast food restaurant the customer service is not really there, most employees seemed unhappy and at times can be rude. I will admit that this young lady was very knowledgeable, amicable and very professional I hope checkers sees this review and acknowledges that you have an amazing employee under your branch. We love checkers we ordered a few weeks ago and everything was delicious n hot. Ordered tonight and everything was cold everything. The fries were soggie not all the way cooked and the beef patties were so cold I threw the sandwich away. I mean the cheese was so cold not even the slightest bit of melting was going on. I had a craving for my BBQ bacon big Burford. Needless to say my craving wasn't met. They failed me. Truly upset.

So these people NEVER answer the phone !!! I gave 2 stars because I LOVE LOVE LOVE their yummy brookie(cookie /brownie together heavenly taste) HOWEVER they never have it available! I always call to check because I usually make a blank trip since I come for the brookie but they don’t have it! It would be nice if a checkers answer their phone for once. Okeechobee location same issue, no phone answering.
