I understand the morning rush of customers can be hectic, however quality cannot be substituted. I only ordered a small coffee and hash brown rounds...what I received was shredded and burnt inedible food. Bad form, Dunkin! Either staff more employees to handle rushes or train them to not serve substandard products. Maybe its just this location but the manager Tye, while pleasant, was unable to lead this morning. At the drive thru, I had an extended wait because he said he was "having problems with the customers inside". I've never had this issue before and I hope it's the last time.

The only reason I give this one star is because the morning shift is good. The manager that was there (Tyrone) was great. But never go there in the afternoon. Either they don't have food, latte machine down, or not serving food. I ordered two lattes and they didn't even have enough milk for both, none the less the flavors I asked for. Couldn't even get my $10 back. How does this location even stay open? To the new owners, just shut it down!

Horrible communication skills🤦🏻♀️ they made us wait for this? Cold bread with avocado spread on top? They didn’t put the everything bagel seasoning like they are supposed to, and they didn’t toast the bread… it’s called and avocado TOAST* 🤦🏻♀️
I asked for decaf Iced coffee, oat milk, hazelnut and vanilla, I received oat milk with vanilla and hazelnut and a drop of coffee, and that’s me being generous because the drink was almost white… I did not feel the coffee taste at all…. The worst part is that they made us wait in the parking for this horrible food… I can’t believe I wasted time and money on this.

Worst service ever. This was the sign posted by “management” at the drive thru, this should have been my first clue to just move on. But then as I ordered the same mocha latte I’ve ordered for over 20 years, the girl taking my order proceeded to refuse my order because that is “not how you order that drink”.When I asked to place my order with someone else because I’ve been ordering this same drink for many years she started getting very verbally aggressive with me over the drive thru speaker saying “ are you talking to me? Are you talking to me like that? I know you’re not talking to me.” I will NEVER visit this location again nor will I ever suggest it to the many people I deal with at a local business ever again.

I’ve been driving through this Dunkin for almost 5 years and the last 6 months have been terrible. My order is always wrong and the younger people have a bad attitude. I ordered this morning and was given the wrong order. When I told them what I had asked for, I was told I was wrong and that’s not what I ordered… I order the same thing every day… then was asked if I still wanted what I ordered…. yeah I want the food I payed for. I don’t understand why I’m being questioned about what I ordered and then given a bad attitude about it. Instead of just apologizing for getting it wrong and fixing my order. Probably going to find a new breakfast spot on my way to work. Sad

I had the worst experience ever at this store of Dunkin today. Ordered online. With no issues.
1.- get to the mobile order counter. I had to wait about a minute watching the 3 long faces workers until one of them acknowledged me.
2.- I gave him the order number, he ran around about another minute. To hand two coffees with the worst presentation ever. Not even full glass. Just looking disgusting.
3,- when I asked for the other drinks he plain said: we don't have it. Okaaaayy....
4.- then asked about the food : we dont have it.
All these with such a careless, unmanned way. Kid, It is not My fault you don't like your job. He just pointed to call the number that "believes" is in the app so I can get a refund.
I took those two coffee cup and threw them in the garbage in the store.
There I was without breakfast for the office. Still waiting for the manager to give me a call since it's private owned franchise store. Regardless of the zone it is, hire people that actually wants to do their job or at least someone that cares. Also if I'm already chosing the store I'm picking up from: app shouldn't let you order if they dont have it on stock. Terrible service!

I come here all the time great service!! The daytime Manger is always on point! I went around 4 pm it took 20min for a coololata for my son that usually only gets hashbrowns ...Hannah seemed to be the only one working! The drive thru boy was sitting not helping 😒 and it looked as if it was a new boy no help!! Good job hannah

There should be a way to give 0 stars. I am a DDs Rewards member. I use to run on Dunkin! My visit to this location on Sunday, 7/3 morning around 8:46 am has left a bad taste in mouth about DDs. I am on my way to work and stopped for turkey and egg wake up wrap. First of all it cost $2.55 when it should be $2.01 (Ft. Laud price). Most importantly as I wait and I am literally #3 in line, I notice there are several gnat looking bugs flying. Could have been fruit flies, but they were definitely flying insects and the donuts are wide open...when I saw one land on the Apple fritters, I started to walk out and should have. As I get ready to approach register, I see 3 of those same bugs on the glazed donuts. When I approach the young short black lady at the register, I said. "Y'all have bugs on your donuts. She looked behind her and looked back at me and said, okay as she shrugged her shoulders, I tell them but what can I do? I say I can literally see the bugs on the donuts now. She said the same thing. So I said to her, are y'all going to still sell these to people? She shrugged her shoulders and said again, I tell them but there is nothing I can do about it. I walked away from register after she rung me up and I said never mind. I went to the pick up counter and saw another young, but taller heavy black lady and I said, are you the manager. She called the manager and light skinned brother with a blue shirt at the drive thru window, the cashier came over to tell him why I wanted to speak to him and then he looked at me and said as if it's normal or custom for this to happen, oh she gotta call corporate there is nothing we can do about that. I am disgusted and this makes me want to start back cooking regularly. What does he mean he can't do anything about it. Count it as a lost and throw it out! DDs needs to find a better way to store donuts because this is unacceptable. The store should have been shut down immediately. I will never again go back there and I am contemplating the end of my DD relationship. The manager and cashier acted like that was okay to continue to sell after contaminated with bugs. Please do not go to this location unless you are there when the truck brings in the food. Yuk, yuk and yukk!
