Rude employees. Person who took our order had a terrible attitude. Our drinks were not filled and when asked to fill them, the attendant snatched the cup, added more soda and slammed it against my boyfriend's hand causing the drink to spill on his arm. Ordered 5-piece wings. Wings looked disgusting as if they had gone bad. First and last time.

I stood in line for at least 5 mins and wasent even waited on. The people that had placed an order before me was there even longer than me. They to was irritated with how long the wait was.

From the moment i drove up to order i felt like a welcomed guest not a hungry customer. The voice on the speaker was plesant and took my order with knowledge of the menu. Im retired but have worked in the fast food business and its good to hear "up sale" . Very good experience.

Went there at 2:30 this Thursday afternoon and it was closed. They had cones blocking the drive thru. I really have the worst luck with Checkers. Another location I live near updates the computer every two hours and shuts down service on even hours. Not a reliable company. Always have a backup plan if you want to go there

I had to go to a different location because this one refused to sell me the meal that I wanted as it was posted on the menu board. There was no offer of compromise only a dry "We don't sell that anymore" followed by silence. Not because they were out of burgers or fries, but because in his words " We don't sell that meal anymore". I wouldn't have an issue with this if he didn't have an attitude, and I couldn't order the same meal in pieces for a higher cost.

Oftentimes, I order a milkshake after 12 midnight because that is when I get off from work. The milkshake/ice cream machine is always out of order. Or they stop serving milkshake/ice cream early in the evenings because they have run out of the ingredients to make the shakes/ice cream.
And at times the service is a little slow and inefficient.
The professionalism, courtesy and customer service could be improved.

If I could not put any stars I would girl working the window 11/10 8:00pm was very rude!!! I eat from Checkers often enough to know that my fries were intentionally over salted

Went in to get a small milkshake. Super weird experience from the beginning. First ten min to take my order. Then I order a small milkshake (less than $3 total). Pull up and they hand me the milkshake and take my credit card but then hold onto it (“running it” for another 5 minutes/even though I saw the receipt print out). Then after they saw I wasn’t leaving without my card they gave it back. Next day there is a $8 for a small milkshake. Place stole from me. Eff this Checkers, don’t go here unless you feel like being robbed.
