False Advertising, Bait and switch with pricing. (Will be contacting the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.) I order (3) BACON, EGG & CHEESE breakfast sandwiches; (2) On Asigo Bagel, (1) on W.Everything Bagel. Added Spinach & Tomatoes to each sandwich. As displayed INSTORE, ONLINE, and on their CURRENT MENU the price for Breakfast Sandwhich - "EGG, BACON & CHEESE" is $6.00. There is not any indication of an additional charge to add Spinach or Tomatoes, and the "Breakfast Sandwhiches" are advertised as on a bagel, bread or kaiser roll; so there should be no additional charge for the selected bagel. (I asked the current manager on duty are the advertised prices up to date, she stated "Yes.") Which left me confused on why my total was $25.41 instead of $19.26, a total of $6.15 more. I would like this company to (1) Update your advertised prices; (2) Properly train your management to handle errors (3) Provide me with the overcharged difference (4) Ensure the rest of the community are not being frauded in the same manner. Attached are the menu, and receipt of purchase for this issue.

I'm from New York and it's not easy to find bagels that taste as good as the ones in NY do. Makebs is as close as it gets and I'll take it! Bagels are made fresh everyday and are delicious! The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. Diego always knows what I want and makes sure I'm never disappointed. Love that they have a tv that often shows sports. They have a location in downtown West Palm Beach and also will be opening one in Royal Palm Beach. If you want bagels in the Palm Beach area this is the place to go!

This place used to be soo good a few years back! I remember my egg sandwich on a bagel would be nicely toasted the cheese would be oozing out when you opened it and the bacon would be nice and crispy. That is not the case anymore, I don't know what happened or who owns these spots but they've gone downhill in their quality. I've been to both the Okeechobee and the one in Royal Palm and both times the sandwich was basically something I could have done at home. At the RPB location I ordered a sesame egg bagel with cheese, bacon, onions, tomatoe, and spinach. All of which I was charged for and I get home and there's no bacon, yet you charged me for it! Come on! Not only that but the bagel is practically cold, the cheese is barely melted and the bagel itself is barely toasted. I come today to the Okeechobee location hoping it would be a better experience from the last time at the other location that was a couple years ago and unfortunately same disappointment. I ordered the same bagel with bacon, I told the girl bacon and of course there's no bacon. The receipt she gave me only gives the total price I paid it's not itemized like the receipt I received from RPB so of course it's her word against mine. And I went up to her and asked her if she charged me she shook her head no, but I know I saw her put it in on the register. The bagel itself is the same practically cold, the cheese is cold not toasted or barely toasted at all and im sitting here eating it because A) im not gonna be making a scene over a bagel and B) i know she's lying so there's no point. I won't be coming back anymore lesson learned. Please save your money and go elsewhere there are sooo many other good breakfast spots in Palm Beach County that can make the same foods for better pricing and quality. I only came because I was in the area and was hoping for a better experience. Happy New Year!
