Wendy's

I went through the drive thru this last week as I was in a hurry. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait for the fries to finish cooking on our order. After waiting for 8 minutes, I went inside to the counter to find out what was taking so long and a young lady came to the counter with my order and said they were waiting on the cheese sauce (I had also ordered 4 sides of the cheddar cheese for our fries). When I got back to the car with the fries, I found that the cheese sauce was refrigerator cold and very thin. So, I had to go back into the store and ask why I was given cold cheese sauce. The young girl at the counter said, "I don't know, she just made it" (pointing to the young lady who was the manager that day). I told her that I've never been given cold cheese sauce at Wendy's and wanted her to please give us some that was warm. The manager told her to microwave it for us. So I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to microwave the entire container of cheese sauce, which was then pretty much room temperature. Not a great first impression, that's for sure. I would not recommend this location.

Fast n friendly service. Restaurant was not very clean. Lots of debris visible in the kitchen area on the ground, with many employees standing around doing absolutely nothing to correct it. Many of the dining table surfaces had pop rings / crumbs as well. Clearly they don't believe in the "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean" concept here. Food was ok. My nuggets were served lukewarm. However, the pop machine is actually properly calibrated. That alone saved the experience.

Last week I went in and placed my order. The total was $12.02. I gave the girl a $20 and she gave me $7.75 as my change. I told her she still owed me $0.23 and she said they had no smaller coins so that was all she could give me. I told her that was unacceptable and she replied that there was nothing else she coul do. I told her to cancel my order and give me my $20 back. She said she would have to get the manager. I told her that was a good idea. Instead of rounding the bill down by $0.02 she spent several minutes trying to figure out how to cancel the order and return my money. I don't plan to go back.

Rude girl at window! I ordered and after each item she sighed and said "what else?" in a very annoyed tone. When I pulled up to the window she gave a scowl and reached out her hand for the money without saying a word. Then when she handed me my bags, she pushed them aggressively into my hands. I asked if she was okay and she said "I'm fine!" and slammed the window shut. Also I asked for no swiss cheese sauce on one of the sandwiches and it had extra like wet wrapper extra, the entire outside of the sandwich was covered in the sauce.

We went through the drive thru around 8pm. They didn't look busy at all. We placed our order, paid at the first window fine..then onto the next window where we waited and waited. I had time to get out of my car (I was in the passenger seat) go inside, use the restroom, wash my hands, take about 4 more pictures and back to the car where now we had a line of cars behind us and still waited a tad bit longer for the food. There was only one couple inside with two kids already eating. I only saw 4 young males inside working, two of which was talking to each other, one was at the first window where we paid and one was standing holding a broom and listening to the ones that were talking. I did notice inside that the tables and fountain area looked clean and it was pretty quiet. I don't have a clue what was going on with the drive thru. My son even asked for ketchup and didn't get it. The burgers and fries were good for a chain restaurant..the lemonade is a little too bitter for me. My tip here is to go inside to order and see if you can get faster service cause the drive thru stinks!

I ordered the Bourbon burger and the burger was dry and I called them and they were extremely nice and apologized. It took me a couple of days to come back and get the order that was dry and unpleasant but either time I went up there I had no issues with the employees and they were awesome. I have worked customer service jobs for years so I was extremely satisfied. You're employees are great keep up the good work.

Had the rudest service, the young woman at the window should be fired!!!! No receipt, no napkins ,no straw, order was messed up, and slammed the window shut without a thank you . Just here's your change. Well here's your review and we will never eat at Wendy's again in Weatherford OK, and yes that's a zero stars!!!!!
