The customer service here was phenomenal! I love that Jimmy John's has an unwich which of course is my favorite! My order was prepared quickly and the person who I ordered with over the phone was extremely polite and was a pleasure to speak with

Good sandwich… needed more pickles, but you can never put enough on it in my opinion. I used the app to order and had to walk in to get more order, due to the trailer I was pulling & low clearance of the drive through. As I entered I was yelled at because I wasn’t in a full hazmat suit. I told them I was here for my pickup and couldn’t go through drive through. I was handed my bag without another word spoken to me. Not even a thank you. Likely will not return due to this location.
FYI: CDC says you don’t have to! #Science

Freaky fast? You can’t base your company’s moto on this when we had to wait 30 minutes in line today and the line wasn’t even that long. I gave two stars because the food is ok but not worth a 30 minute wait

I live just a couple minutes from here. I place my order in the app as I leave my house. More often than not, by the time I walk into Jimmy John’s to pick them up, they’re ready for me.
Don’t forget that you can add some extras for free, like peppers and onions.
And try the Kickin’ Ranch. Once you do, you’ll get it every time.

We were there right at noon to pick up an order placed online. Service was adequate as we just picked up via the drive thru. However, the ingredients on the sandwich were not fresh. Especially the lettuce. It was wilted and super soggy. Hopefully we just caught them on an off day

Wife stopped tonight and got two sandwiches and a wrap. Ordered extra meat on one of the sandwiches and didn’t come with it. Worker was too busy arguing with customer and never gave her the change back either.

Poor experience when trying to call in about the new wrap options. Receiving working was rude and provided a poor experience for our order. Decided we had other options. Curious why other sandwiches can't be a wrap.

Ordered for delivery. Bread wasn't done. Flat, chewy and white. Called and the person that answered the phone said I could get a refund, store credit or reorder. I said reorder and than he hung up on me. Called back and asked for a credit and to never mind the reorder.
