Zaxby's

I'm a local. For the most part, it's reasonable with a few slip ups here and there. My family and I frequent this Zaxby's quite often, as there are barely any other options in fast food. We have Zaxby's and McDonald's. The other restaurants usually close up early. So, I'm sure that some have had maybe unpleasant experiences, but they've never been nothing but nice and courteous to my family and I. I recommend the wings, the kickin chicken or the chicken fingers. Be happy, folks.

We were greeted by Tianna whose friendly service matched the beauty of her smile. It seemed like all employees were as equally friendly and customer-oriented as she. “Indescribably good” is an accurate description of the food we got. My husband got the “Wimpy Kickin’ chicken sandwich” meal and I got the “ Signature Club sandwich”. After tasting each other’s food we decided the Club was the best!! Overall it was a very welcoming experience for us as we entered Washington, GA. Don’t forget to try the southern sweet tea!!

Visited this location on March 30 2022 at 9:15pm. As entered we were pushed aside by a female employee who was rushing to clean the bathrooms without a word of apology. Went to place an order and was told all they were serving were fingers and fries. We walked out. First impression of this building when I walked in was that it could use a good cleaning. Go visit the Mexican restaurant next door, great service and we got what we wanted to eat.
