We ordered a plain cheeseburger for our son. Meat, cheese and the bun. The gentleman taking the order repeated it and said he wanted to be sure he had it correct. Well we received a fully loaded cheeseburger when we opened the burger at home. Unfortunate how this simple request could get missed.

It was nice, very fast service. Was wondering if the staff liked each other. There was a few outbursts but overall experience was 3.5 stars

This Sonic goes above and beyond for their customers. Even when there is a long line, my order is always accurate and finished in a timely manner. It is apparent that the managers work hard to keep everyone satisfied. I will always be back! :)

I ordered a small order of Onion rings with 3 sonic blasts, and 2 orders of tater tots. Got home and the onion rings were BURNT. Not edible at all. Went back so they can correct it, but they told me their "fryer wasn't working properly" but they can give me something else. I said "like what?" I'm pregnant so I didn't want anything else, so I tell them give me tater tots. I get 2 large tater tots for the inconvenience. How is that your fryer isn't working properly, but you can fry me tater tots?

You can never go wrong with Sonic. We went at happy hour for drinks and a kid meal. I accidentally spilled a slushy in my car and the sweet car hop got me another one for free. The service is always quick and the carhops are very polite.

The food is ALWAYS HOT AND DELICIOUS, but there is always a mess up or we don't get our entire order the first go around. But when there is an issue it is always resolved professionally. We come here once a month and its always a fav.
