Wendy's

This place is TERRIBLE! They can't even get a frosty right! They always mess up the order and they are sooooo sloooooow. Now if you order inside you cannot make your own drink? What is up with that? That was an option any other time! But now apparently " " because of COVID" " psshh whatever. If that's the case then why has it been open to use all these other times? Ridiculous, this place is a waste of time and money. If they didn't have frostys I would never go. Whilst I was there the employee dropped a door dash order and still tried to serve the order to the door dash employee. The door dash employee corrected him and told him to make an all new order. I've worked in food service all my life so I know for a fact you are not supposed to serve food dropped on the floor, BAGGED OR NOT!

This is the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. The smell when you first walk in is absolutely disgusting, like they haven't cleaned in months. I drive part time for Door Dash and I actually stopped accepting orders from this restaurant because of the smell and the horrible customer service. Not to mention the fact that everyone seems to be on something. As an example, yesterday, I walked up to the counter and told them I was there to pick up a Door Dash order and the employee in the back yells "nobody cares". One employee picks up a bag and says, "here's the Door Dash order", once again I hear "nobody cares", so employee set the bag back down and walked away. 10 minutes went by and a different employee came up to me and asked if I'd been helped yet, I told him I needed the Door Dash order that was sitting under the warmer. He says, "oh my bad, I thought the other guy had gotten it for you". I left so upset and I reported the issues to Door Dash.

The time before last I didn't get my french fries and this last time I didn't get my french fries again plus I didn't get our double stack nor our junior bacon cheeseburger. I also wouldn't have gotten our 2 medium Frostys if I hadn't said something. Our chilis were just a touch over half full and didn't have the cheese and onion I asked for either. How can you get an order so wrong? I've never been that screwed over by any restaurant before. They need to read the screen and look in the bag before they hand it over to make sure everything is there. We stopped eating there for months because of this very reason and they haven't gotten any better.

Went here to get fries. When I left,due to no one answering the machine,there was a red car behind me. I went to McDonald's down the highway and got my food within 3 minutes. I drove back past this wendys and the same red car was in the same spot. Don't go here,it's never going to be what it used to be.
