Ciao Pizzeria

I've ordered several times since they're up the street from me. Most recently, I ordered a pizza, wings and soda. They said it would take about 45 mins. About 2 hours later, the pizza never arrived. I called and the girl said it was on it's way. It never arrived. Ten minutes later, I drove up the street to see what was going on and they were closed. I had to order somewhere else after more than 2 hours of needless waiting. I understand that places are short-staffed and busy, but there was no communication other than "it's on its way." Will not be ordering from here again.

First off let me say that the pizza was very good. My issues were: 1-They overcharged me for the gluten-free pizza. They fixed the problem over the phone as soon as possible so that was a plus. 2-The gluten free pizza is supposed to be 10”. It was more like 9” 3- The Caesar salad didn’t come with Parmesan cheese. When I brought it up over the phone the owner apologized and said he would speak to his staff about it. Also, the dressing was warm. 4- I’m disappointed they don’t offer naked wings, on breaded. People who do not eat gluten love wings too!

So fuming angry right now!!! 2 burgers with fries, a meatball sub with fries and 1 appetizer. $78!! Are you kidding me!? They charged us $6 to add cheese wiz to my kids fries. They also charged us a zone fee and I live right down the same street! To top it off, another charge just to use a debit card. The food was decent, but the price gouging is ridiculous. You live and learn. Never again!
