Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Just left so frustrated, ran to Dairy Queen for others and had two orders. A small blizzard for one, and the other two medium blizzard with a coupon. When ordering I informed the person taking the order that I had a coupon for the two mediums, and he said we'll take care of it at the window. When I got to the window I told the girl exactly what I told the boy through the speaker, she acknowledged understanding, took the coupon scanned it, she give me the total and I knew I was screwed. The store combined the orders and applied the buy one get one for .99 to the small, leaving me to pay for the extra cost. When I asked her to correct it she said too late, I asked for a manager and she said " I am the Manager and this is how it is" and told me to leave. I asked if she could cancel and ring it up again to make it right and she said "No". I asked if they could remove the small as it should have not been with the two mediums and nothing but a searing look came back. I asked for a refund and they can have to blizzards and was told "No, we are not refunding". This store not busy because of great service but lack of choice in the area.

If you order a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and ask for extra cheesecake. Be prepared to find no cheesecake inside the blizzard. I always order this and it seems that the person making it doesn’t know to actually add cheesecake in it. After a long 12 hour shift to cover my child support all I want is a cheesecake blizzard to satisfy me and my sorrows.

When we pulled up there were 4 vehicles ahead of us in line, 2 still ordering. We ordered a large shakes & 2 meals w/ cokes then expected a little bit of a wait. It was dinnertime & kinda busy...but nope! They were super quick! Got our order (which was correct, hot, & delicious) in just 3-4mins. Great job guys! We'll definitely be back.
