They often get delivery orders wrong and they arrive cold. Calling the restaurant isn’t an option since they rarely pick up the phone, so you end having to deal with corporate Dominoes, and that’s also not an option when you’re dinner had been ruined. Picking up isn’t much better of an option- I’ve asked for car side delivery and been sitting there for over 30 minutes past the pickup time only to go inside and find the staff disregarding my order as it goes cold on the shelf. Pizza, if you happen to get a warm slice, and the correct order, ends up being pretty good.

I placed an order around 2:15 to be delivered by 3:00pm. Unfortunately the group I was feeding began leaving around 3:10pm. I tried calling Domino's to cancel the order, but nobody was picking up, instead, the driver calls me at 3:19, I mentioned that the group was gone and the order needed to be cancelled.
When I called the store, the manager hung up on me twice didn't let me speak at all. He continued to talk over me - all I wanted was to explain why it needed to be cancelled. but I was not heard - instead. The manager chose to not listen.
I believe that the customer is NOT always right, however, having an opportunity to talk and explain is a simple step for any business relationship.

This location was the worst Domino's we have ever ordered from. We placed our order at 6:14 pm with an estimated delivery window of 34-44 minutes. After multiple phone calls and 2.5 hours, our order arrived at 8:43 pm. The store had horrible customer service and blamed the delay on technology, promising the order to be hot out of the oven shortly - spoilers, it wasn't. It was completely cold and therefore barely edible because we had no means to heat it up (in a hotel without a microwave). It looked and tasted like it had sat out for 2 hours. It wasn't even food lamp warm.
Apparently, we should have ordered elsewhere, but we thought that Domino's would be the quick, reliable choice.

I was optimistic about ordering from here because of the bad reviews and the reviews are accurate! I ordered online 1 pizza,16 piece wings, and cinnamon twists around 6 pm and didn't get my meal till 9 pm. Ridiculous.
The food was not sealed and secured. At one point I called to check the status and the phone rang nonstop, nobody answered. Overall experience was displeasing.

I Placed an order tonight against my better judgement. The last time I ordered they botched my order, but I decided to give them another chance. I ordered my pizzas almost 2 hours ago, and this time they never even delivered my food. I am diabetic, and I am starting to feel sick. They have already taken my money, and I am left here to suffer. If I go into shock tonight, it’s totally your fault.

While on vacation with my family in DC, we came home from a long day of sightseeing and were looking forward to having some food before getting some sleep. We placed an order at 2230 with the understanding that it would be 25-30 minutes before we got our food as stated when the order was completed. According to the tracker, our order was being quality checked for over an hour. When I tried to reach the restaurant by phone I got no answer. I cooked dinner, my family and I went to bed, thinking that the order simply wouldn’t come. At around 0100 I received a phone call to come outside and get my order. The food was Luke warm at best.

Now I usually read reviews.. Yet thinking ohh Dominoes in Capitol Hill.. It's going to be worth it I'm sure.. This place is disgusting. My last two orders were put in as picked up and droppedoff. Yet never picked up nor delicious Yup.. last TWO. the manager did his part .. He refunded me on both.. But. The second time I came in and complained.. long story short.. The driver came in. She proceeded to cut the pizza, pack the wings, fulfilling orders.. Nope she dang on shaw DID NOT WASH JER EFFIN HANDS! Although they refunded me and offered my order free I most certainly 🏃♀️🏃♀️ away not walk 💅🏾..

Food never arrived. Placed order successfully but after nearly 45 minutes of delays we called the store for no response. Unrealistically bad customer service, do not order from this store. Finally got someone from corporate on the phone to try and confirm my order and they transferred me to a customer service line that was closed. Read the rest of the reviews to confirm. 2.8 stars is too high for this store.
