Worst Einstein Bros. Bagels I have ever been to. The food is a hit or miss at times and the customer service is without a doubt one of the worst I have ever had. My peers and I have constantly had to deal with the unbelievable rudeness from the lady behind the counter who seems to be miserable and mean no matter how nice you are and no matter what you do. Could be significantly better.

Foods ok and pricy for what it is. But my god worst service on campus, it's like the majority of the workers don't give a care about customer service. I've seen multiple instances with workers yelling, snapping and being hostile towards students, who the workers treat as lesser than normal adult customers. The university makes hand over money when students use a $12 on merely just a bagel and coffee.

Foods average, rip off to students, workers do not know PR and are often rude. It is pretty surreal standing waiting for a bagel, just the absurdity of customer service.

They're always out of most bagels by midday, and rarely have lox. Coffee is great, but a bagel shop should generally have a reasonable supply of bagels in my opinion. Staff are friendly though, and they usually get my order right.

THE place to get bagels and coffee every morning. Get the Turkey Cheese Melt or any of the coffee cakes. My only gripe is the service, but they're efficient. My orders are usually correct and the staff members are very rushed.

Messed up my orders a few times, its expensive for no reason. Not coming back. Im better off going elsewhere off campus for a better quality and affordable breakfast sandwich

The man taking orders seemed very confused when I asked if they sold a hot tea. Their bagel selection is very limited. The man taking my order forgot to add my coffee to the order. To cap it all off, they don't take gift cards.
The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because they gave me a coffee for free once they forgot to add it to my order.
