My childhood carry out hasn't changed, the food is still reasonably priced, fast and so good. The perfect comfort food. Don't forget to order a side of D.C.'s specialty, mumbo sauce and a half&half!(lemonade ice tea mix) (excuse the first pic, I ate most of the fries before even thinking of taking a picture😞)

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken here and there was NO MEAT. Just a bunch of fried batter in sauce. Really disgusting. I guess they don't want to spend the money to serve chicken to their customers so they just fry up batter with no meat inside. I paid for chicken, give me my damn chicken.

I've been eating here for years (5-8) and I've had one bad order. But they fixed it and gave me extra. They are great with customers and their food is always fresh and is made in a timely manner. If your ever uptown. Take that 5-10 minute ride and get yourself a sub or some wings. The mambo sauce is good compared to other carry outs. The young lady at the counter speaks English well and she is a delight to speak to. Prices are normal for a carry out in the city but the food is made well and is worth the money. Whenever I'm uptown this is the only carry out I eat from since Eddies turned into a bar.

I like this restaurant! They give high class food, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I enjoy a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the visitors is efficient. I often eat in this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all.

Shrimp fried rice was sub par, no flavor and shrimp tasted like it was put in hot water to cook and added to the rice afterwards. Chicken wings were well fried. Mambo sauce was really plain old sweet and sour sauce. Disappointing meal. I ate the chicken but left the rest. Would not eat there again. Atmosphere geared towards takeout.
