Subway

I arrived here with only euros and no credit card. I am diabetic and needed to eat so I asked the gentleman and lady at the counter if they could take euros. The man exchanged some euros for dollars and when I got my sandwich and drink they wouldn't let me pay. The sandwich was delicious. To the man and his wife, thank you so much for your kindness to me. When I come to union station I will see you again.

I’ve been to this place three times in the last three weeks, and I have been very impressed. Their sandwiches are crafted with care, ingredients are fresh, the process is speedy, and their customer service is outstanding - courteous and customer-centric. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

This was the WORST experience at a Subway! The guy taking our order was too rude and here comes the MOST HORRIBLE part. I am a hard core vegetarian and ordered a veggie sub. Before taking our order he kept us waiting as he was keeping some kind of round white meat with his hands from one container to other. As soon as he finished doing that he started making my sub without changing gloves or cleaning his hands. With those same gloves he made the sub for the next 1-2 customers meanwhile keeping cheese from main box to other, shifting meat from fridge to the counter etc. Really disappointing to see this. OVERALL- The sub didn't even taste good because it was made in so much hurry and I had to throw most of it away! I would recommend to eat anywhere else at the court but not at this subway.
