7-eleven

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Showed them they gave me the wrong cup because the lids did not fit. They take it back and proceed to place it back on the stack that they hand out to other customers. I had touched the rim and part of the inside of the cup when they handed it to me. They are unsanitary!! Can't pay me to go back here! Too much covid going around for me to take that chance.

BY far the worst 7-11 I have ever been in. Not just once but have tried 3 times now and every time experience sucked. I go into DC about 430 in the morning not many choices to get coffee that time of day. 1st trip I paid cashier and was waiting for my change. Cashier started to argue with customer behind me; after about 20 seconds I interrupted and asked for my change he continued to ignore me and argue I finally walked out without my change only about $.70. 2nd trip bad weather I admit. Their trash cans blown over in parking lot some headed toward road. I mention that to them said: "to f***ing cold not their job description" 3rd trip today worst or very close to the worst coffee I have ever had. I hope I have the sense not to try again.

I wish there is is a negative star . This is the worst 7-eleven ever. The place looks dirty and stinks like hell. Worst customer service ever. You get in there and they are busy making conversation and no body is willing to to help you out. Water on the floor and no body is cleaning. I don’t know if this place has a manager if they do all morning employees need to be let go and a and entire new team brought it. This place is a disgrace to the 7-eleven company.
